Home Kit & Schlage Encode Plus Lock

I just installed a new Schlage Encode Plus lock. I added the lock to my Home Kit and can open the lock by tapping my phone or my Apple Watch on the lock. Wallet card works fine . I was trying to add the lock to my wife's iPhone and Apple Watch and it wouldn't work.

wallet shows, as if it works perfectly, but the lock doesn’t unlock.

On both phones and watches , HomeKit controls perfectly the lock

do you have any idea how to fix this problem.
