iOS 18.1 iPhone's call recording feature not working

I currently installed the new software version and the call recording works, but when I press to record it records for seconds and then stops automatically, after that, the recordings go to my notes but I can't play them, can someone help me? Does it have to do with the region? or my anti-scratch screen?
