Here is a website for kids bedtime stories, and I use to read stories to my kids from this website stories castle but for today this website is not opening on all our IOS devices, me and my husband, However if I open it on an android phone it, completely works fine, on IOS devices it says server timed out! why is it happening and how can I solve the issue?

Are you using a VPN? If so, delete it.
If not,
• Try a forced restart
• Try a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome
• Contact the website owner and let them know.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

I actually wasn't using any VPN However I will try all these steps that you have mentioned above. Let's see if it works and I will definitely let you know if the website is working back fine again or not.
