Outlook for Mac back up

I use Outlook for Mac. Over several years I have built up a substantial system of outlook folders which is my filing system and pretty essential to the way I manage my life.

I use Time Machine to back up Outlook. My question is whether my entire Outlook, including folder system, is backed up or just a part of it, such as inbox.

Backing up local folders I use Mail on my Mac. I file emails which I want to keep under relevant local folders but I need to have some way of ensuring that these are backed up. I subscribe to iCloud and back up to a hard disk also but I'm not sure that these are backing up my local folders. Can anyone help please? Regards, Gordon.

Backing up Microsoft365 Outlook files I have my msft 365 for MAC files for Word, Excel,Powerpoint stored in iCloud. It is not clear to me where my Outlook Calendar files are stored and whether they are backed up by Time Machine. I have found a path in Finder on my MB Pro with an M1 chip using OS-13 that takes me to a folder named Outlook on My Macintosh HD that is several layers below my Users Folder. Further down the path I find my Main Profile folder and below that an Omc folder and below that a calendar folder. This same path and its related files are also appear in the Time Machine backup folders. Does this mean that my Calendar files are being backed up by Time Machine. If my Outlook Calendar gets messed up can I simply restore the folders/files in the path below Calendar to my HD to recover the calendar? Or it there something beyond this of which I am unaware. Life was a lot simpler when I had a dedicated app on my old MAC and could simply create an archive for Mac.olm file that could then be restored. If I had a better understanding of this, I might have been able to be more clear in my question. The Microsoft literature on 365 that I have found gave me no insight into the answer to this question.
