Controlling music on a twin iPhone (Tunein app w.o. subscription) from my Apple Watch

I am using my "old" iPhone X as streaming source to my McIntosh McAire. I use TuneIn (w.o. subscription) to reach my local radios, and it works great controlling the app on the X.

The X is a twin to my main iPhone.

Is it any way possible

-to control TuneIn

---(or worst case Apple Music - losing my local radiostations)

-on the twin X from my Apple Watch - with or TuneIn w.o. subscription? (or even from my main iPhone)

The Apple Music app on my watch only recognize the main iPhone, I have not looked deeper into this though.
