How to allow Google.com during downtime?

How to turn off google.com at the downtime on iphone?

Google.com is not shown in the Always allow list, but can't seem to use it when downtime is active.

It would be more useful to have a list of not allowed apps then a list of allowed apps where Google.com does not appear. I just wanted to block social media but I cannot access my browser and Google things with Safari…
