Facetime call history changed on my MacBook

The FaceTime call history on my MacBook used to only show FaceTime calls. Recently it started showing FaceTime calls and all of the cellular calls on my iPhone. Why did this change and how do I make it change back to just showing FaceTime calls on my MacBook?

(I have searched this community for answers to similar questions and the respondents don't seem to understand the questions. I've tried to be plain and clear in the description and questions above. Please ask if I have left something out.)
