I need to cancel the hint app. I thought it was a free trial for 7 days but it charged my charge card. I don’t want the app and don’t want to keep getting charged monthly. I’ve tried canceling with their cancel bot but nothing seems to work. Please help!

It will depend on where you started the free trial. If you started the free trial iwith an in-app purchase, then it is managed by Apple and easily cancelled.

What is more likely is that you arrived on their website first, which is common when using a link from a Social media site or Website advertisement. In this case you have to cancel the subscription with the developer, because that has bypassed Apple's ability to manage the subscription. Review the links that have already been provided. How you arrived at the subscription is going to determine how you cancel it. In most cases, users find themselves there by following a link on a Social Media post or website where they are signing up for the subscription directly with the developer and bypasses Apple's ability to manage the subscription. Apple is only able to manage a subscription when using an in-app purchase after downloading the app. In any case, you can find all relevant links in this post.
