Location sharing is not working on iPhone 16 Pro Max

I upgraded from an iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Upon upgrading, I am unable to view people’s location on “Find My”. It says “No location found”. However, they can view my location. I tried multiple ways to fix it with no results. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance.
