Screen time limit not working for apps that my child has requested more time on

I found out my 12 yo kid has been able to somehow bypass the screentime on some of the apps (Roblox etc) on her phone. The apps that can be accessed are the same ones she sent me more screen time requests for earlier tonight. I ignored the requests. She does not know the screentime password (has had several failed attempts when trying to crack it).

All her apps are meant to be blocked after 2 hours of usage, except the phone calls. How can this be and how can I prevent this from happening? Please assist.
