Since the Sequoia upgrade, I cannot make or receive Facetime calls on my iMac. Every time, I get a "Call Failed" message. This happens whether or not I initiate the Facetime video on my iMac or try to switch to the iMac from a call initiated on my iPhone.

With iOS 18.2 update on fone, FT worked for a few times, then back to "Call Failed"
The same for me. No problems with iPhone 13, though.
it doesn't work for me either. It won't log in to the new Macbook Air M3, it just spins like loading and nothing happens. The software version I have is Sequiola 15.1.1
Mac Book Pro is 2 days old has Sequoia 15.1.1 and I am unable to make FaceTime calls. Very frustrating to keep getting the call failed message.
Same problem. I'm already on iOS 18.1.1. In process now of updating to iOS 18.2, stay tuned.
What accessibility feature did you have to turn off? I've gone through all of mine, and nothing has been turned on. I don't see a setting for "visibility."
It was the voice over feature for people with vision problems.
On your macos device or your iphone for this setting?
Mine has always been off and it still won't work.
I Found Out What The Problem Is!!
Once you have upgraded to Sequoia you have to resign into your NETWORK/WI-FI
on Your Iphone and Mac.
For some reason it may sign you out.

I installed a new Router a couple of weeks ago, so I had to sign into my new wifi network and the issue still present.

My Mac has been set to Accessibility>Voice Control off for more than a month, and "Call Failed" FaceTime problem persists intermittently. My phone is now on iOS 18.3.2
