Home disappears from home.app

Starting on Saturday night, my wife's phone stopped showing our home in the Home app. If I delete the app and reinstall it, the home appears briefly. If I remove her from the home and add her back, it appears briefly. I've got 4 kids sharing the home with no issues. I can even give them all the same permissions and it doesn't replicate. We're all running iOS 18.0.1. She has an iPhone 16 Pro Max, I have an iPhone 16 Pro, and we also have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, 13 mini, 12 mini, and iPhone SE 3rd gen. I've restored her phone from a backup prior to the issue appearing, and the issue persists. I would really rather not rebuild the home as I have over 100 devices.
