eufy Homekit Cameras have up to 2 mins motion delay

I have 5 eufy cameras, 2C to be exact.

All connected to a Homekit-compatible Hub 2 from eufy.

4 cameras are included in the Home app.

It was all working perfect around a year after I bought them.

Then last autumn's iOS update came and Home app started having issues recording all of the things - eufy App had no issues.

It got more worse the last months: Now I have a motion detection (on persons and pets) notification delay of up to 2 minutes in Home app - eufy App is nearly instantly. If I set to "any detection" it works after a few seconds.

I already restarted the Apple TV several times, also both Home Hubs.

It doesn't get any better.

Is there any hint I can fix this issue?
