BUG with Apple Notes App (moving notes from one folder, comes back and have to re-move it)

I have a very annoying bug with Apple Notes.

I use it for work, and it is shared between a few coworkers.

I have in this case a set of notes for customers in a folder called In-Progress

When the status changes to completed for those notes, I move them to another folder in this case called Delivered.

What happens after I move one or multiple selected notes by using drag and drop, after a few second they just come back to their original location and I need to move them again so that they remain in their final new location.

Any tips on getting this issue to stop doing what it is doing as I always have to move any notes I move to another folder twice so that it registers as moved and stays in the final destination...

Any help in resolving this very annoying issues would be greatly appreciated!
