Not sure if I did anything, but All Inboxes disappeared. Followed one of the suggestions to view the favorites bar and slide All Inboxes over to the mailbox sidebar -- it made a whooshing sound and disappeared, now it's not on either the favorites bar or the sidebar!

In a Browser login to your WebMail, is there an Inbox there?
Or get Find Any File...

Hold Option or alt key when selecting Find to Find All.
