My macbook got black out screen and got two white internal scratches and they were encreasing

I was working on my new macbook air m1 just activated 8 days ago and just got some green lines and black line on the corner and half screen started shaking then i turned it off and saw it next day so i saw that screen was black out and there were two white lines on it and it was increasing by it own will this replace in warranty
