Unable to sync iCloud data. I tried a few P/W's but only getting locked out for 5 then 10 minutes. I have not used this iPad for some time. Can I retrieve a P/W from my MAC or other iPad? I can just erase and start a new one as I have another iPad. I believe that starting new would be the best way to go. Any comments?

You have asked us to guess the context of exactly what you were doing when you “tried a few P/W[]s”.
I will take one guess. You were trying to use your iPad’s passcode and were unsuccessful. If so:
