Error occurs when trying to setup my App Store

HI, so I have been having some issues with my new MacBook Air 13 and setting up the App Store. If I want to download or update anything, I need to fully complete the account set up. It comes up with how my Apple ID hasn't been used and to review it. When I followed through it takes me to the details page asking for my address. Every time I put my address in it would turn the boxes red and say I didn't fill it out even though I had. I saw someone with a similar problem and they said to resolve, fill in my details on the website and just click continue in the App Store. I did this and the red boxes stopped however it then just wouldn't let me continue to the page to fill out the details, it is now stuck on the terms and conditions tab.


Please could you let me know what else I can try to I can get past this and be able to download apps on my new Mac.

This Apple Account has not yet been used with the App Store -

On a Mac;

• Open the System Settings app (in the  menu)

• Chose your Apple Account

• Choose Payment & Shipping

• Add a payment method to your account details


On an iOS/iPadOS device;

• Open the Settings app

• Chose your Apple Account

• Choose Payment & Shipping

• Add a payment method to your account details


Alternatively -

On a Mac;

• Open the System Settings app (in the  menu)

• Choose your Apple Account

• Choose Media & Purchases

• Choose View Account

• Choose Manage Payments

• Add a payment method to your account details


On an iOS/iPadOS device;

• Open the Settings app

• Choose your Apple Account

• Choose Media & Purchases

• Choose View Account

• Choose Manage Payments

• Add a payment method to your account details
