hi. I bought a new phone. photos from iCloud are not being restored. there are no photos at all and there is not even an inscription that there is a restoration. Photo backup is always enabled on all phones. what should I do? how do I restore a photo??

Settings > Photos
Enable iCloud Photos on the new device
To see your available photos, log into. iCloud.com/photos
iCloud is a synchronization service, not a backup. If you previously deleted items while connected to iCloud, those items will then be deleted in iCloud and on all connected devices.
