250 G of memory filled with 200 in system from Time Machine storage. How can I ID and remove that extra data from system. Have found several Do not disturb file bundles in System Data.

You should never try to delete TM backup files manually. If for some reason the backups are not removed automatically then the best plan is to start over by erasing all or get another larger drive and keep your old one just in case it is required.
Thanks for the help. Guess I'll try to erase them all and start over. Instructions have me installing a new system before restoring but rejects me for insufficient space. Yike....Like driving a car, but not knowing how to build/repair it. Humbling. Thanks
