New MacMini M2 Pro chip. 16 gigs of ram nothing else running I have added no plugins. It crashes every single time I quit it and restart it. I have tried all the keyboard shortcuts to shut things off still crashes. Does the full version do this too?

Remove it and reinstall it. No, that is not normal behavior for the trial version nor the full version.
