Dynamic Island - Apple Maps

Hi, I have noticed that Apple Maps doesn’t use the dynamic island feature. It did a week ago. iPhone 16

Here is what I do:

1. find the spot,
2. hit start to navigate
3. swipe up to minimize app and boom nothing. It stays minimized without switching to dynamic island

Also doesn't show on lock screen anymore.

I tried to reset the app, reinstall the app, reset my phone and nothing works. When I use Google Maps it works fine. I use maps mainly for walking in the streets.
