How can I stop a hacker from tracking me😭

Ok,so I like playing Minecraft so I wanted a certain mod called doggy talents then I found this website so I click on it and it tells me that my iPhone is being hacked. I have no idea what to do. It says the hackers tracking me and I’m terrified. I don’t know what to do. Can you please tell me what to do Apple? I have no idea
