Voice Memos - Titles convert to Date and Time

Hello ~

These voice memo files had names/titles before that have disappeared.

I am trying to rename each of the voice memo titles and although it looks like I am doing it alright then - in a few seconds - it goes back to "Date & Time" title as by default... so I, basically, cannot rename the files of my recording.

Why is that happening? Is there a solution to this?
