Over 97% percent CPU System usage and VS code hang in M3 air.

While running my VS code for a full stack project, my newly bought macbook M3 (yesterday 19.10.2024) CPU system usage went over 97% and it was continuous (it is still). Also my VS code was crashed and hanged. I forcibly quit the application it did not work. It was still running while in hanged status. At that time only one chrome window was open, nothing else. But my memory usage was ridiculously 6.8-7.2 GB!

N.B: I downloaded my system diag at that time. I don't know if it can help finding out the problem later. Now I restarted my mac, system usage is now 17-25 with only chrome open.
