Frequent SpringBoard crashes on my iPhone 11 Pro Max after updating to latest iOS

Hello

Ever since I upgraded my iPhone to the latest iOS18 (and later to iOS 18.0.1) I am experiencing 15-20 springboard crashes every day. This is REALLY annoying.

There seems to be no logic at all to it. It happens anytime across multiple apps with different activities being performed at the time. The display just get black with the spinning wheel and about 15-30 sec later the phone get back to the Lock Screen.

Prior to the iOS update this springboard crash happened once in a while but now it is a REAL PROBLEM.

So if anyone has a fix for this I would love to hear it!

Thank you 🙏

Eric

have the same issue with the 16pro, been having these issues since the 11. opened ticket, have spent over a month dealing with Apple Support, trying their various fixes, sending them analytics, been to Apple store to have back panel and logic board replaced. Deleted apps that haven't been updated in over two years, games that aren't optimized for iphone or over 6 years old. So far, able to get springboard crashes down from 12-20 a day to 3-7 day. main change has been changing notifications to scheduled summary. have 120 notifications, put 90 in summary every 4 hours, previously had 50 notifications in summary every 2 hours. not a complete fix, but it's really helped cut down the number of resprings daily
