iPad Pencil Pro not working consistently

I am trying to write with my ipad pencil pro I have just purchsed ot a week before but sometimes ot is not working on my ipad shpld I replace it becise ot not even 10 days I receive my ipad on 10 october.In my notes app or on my colla notes or on screen whenever I try to write with the help of pencil it doesn’t work sometimes it was working fine but it suddenly started to stop working in between
