or There is Only One 🇺🇳 for All countries ?

sometimes I sign into my Apple account at my home country, but it will automatically differ to 🇺🇸 site of Apple Support Community . It is correct? Or I have signed in incorrectly? Please Help…. 🙏🏻

🙋‍♂️Q2 : should I always use Ask the Community on desktop web browser? Or it doesn’t matter I could use on my iPhone ?
