Uninvited addresses in my shared album list on MacBook

After creating a shared album and inviting many relatives and friends, my MacBook shows many strange emails that I did not invite. Strangely these addresses show up on the MacBook but not the iPhone, where the album was created. It seems that I cant remove any invitees from the MacBook. Have I been hacked?
