Apple Car Play Lost Menu

I have an Iphone14 and set up Apple Car Play to allow me to select the music channels I wanted. That screen has since disappeared, as well as the navigational screen. I used to go in and tap the Apple app on the screen on my dash, which took me to where I needed to go, but now it takes me to a whole different music screen. I wasn't able to get help when I called Apple so I am hoping to get some responses on here. Thanks! It has been very frustrating!
