Iphone 16 Pro Max with IOS 18.0.1 not connecting to Itunes

So whats the issue ?

I was andriod user. I used Move to IOS app on andriod .

Went to the Iphone set everything up like apple pay etc.

I wanted music on the phone so I hopped on Microsoft store in Windows 11 and got Itunes

I used a generic USB C to USB A cable to connect my Iphone to the computer.

Anyhow's windows explorer can pick up the Iphone as Apple Storage.

Itunes picked up the Iphone and nothing happens but it asking me to factory reset the Iphone

So like whats wrong and why so many bugs , all I want to do is just transfer songs in and I hit so many road blocks

I have been to the official apple discord (https://discord.gg/apple) but man are they of no assistance. Bunch of dumb@$$es
