there r static colourful lines on the right side of my screen and on the bottom of my screen I restarted it did all the updates shut it down I did everything and nothings working and when I touch the screen it gets worse

You are still in your 12-month warranty and should schedule time with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Center to have your Mac screen issue evaluated. Nothing we can do here about hardware problems.
