restoring WhatsApp backup from iPhone backup on iCloud.

I had an iPhone 7 which had backup to iCloud turned on which stopped working in may 2024. now i restored the iphones backup into a new iPhone (XS) and everything else is working fine. I also have my whatsapp backed up to icloud ( from the whastapp app itself but till only April - 2022). when i am restoring whatsapp it is showing to restore from iCloud ( which is only till April-2022) . but is there anyway to get my backup from the iPhone backup in icloud (which is up to may 2024)?

i know my iphone backup will likely have whatsapp data because , the size of the iphone backup would never be close 20+ gb without it having whatsapp data ( close to 6 gb)
