Homekit secure video not playing on desktop - plays fine on iPhone

I use homekit and 5 Aquara cameras. Homekit records events like it should, but I cannot replay the video on my desktop iMac (current OS and signed into icloud). I can replay the video on my iPhone, but the video on the desktop times out. Does not matter what camera I choose.

Can I say I've been using Mac's since the early 90's and Homekit has to be the worst apple software for being buggy EVER! ;)

Homekit Secure Video (w/ Aqara G3 Camera) Questions Hi all I've got a couple of Aqara G3 Cameras and have some HSV questions. There are times when Aqara app detects motion, as does the Apple Home app (I get notification) but then I see nothing in the Home app timeline. Then there are times where a clip is recorded in the timeline but it's abbreviated and doesn't include the person/pet/etc that triggered the recording. These have even included an individual going through the door being monitoring by the camera! The Home app in MacOS doesn't seem to let me jump around by clicking on the Day; I have to scroll back amongst all of the recordings. This isn't the case in the iOS/iPadOS apps. Am I doing something wrong?

Homekit camera is "offline" on my Mac but online on my iPhone So here is yet another impossible thing to work out. I have several HomeKit cameras that all work fine and show in the Home app on all my family member's iPhones. Those same cameras appear to be offline in the Home app on my Mac, but the strange thing is, the preview window of the video does update with the real image every few seconds. Only when I click the preview, it shows the camera is offline. Jeez. Restarted the Mac, cameras, routers... all devices are all up to date. Go figure.

Homekit Eufy cams not recording Hi! From 2023 approximately my Eufy cameras seems like are not working correctly about notifications and recordings. Everything are set as before but actually only have a previews when Im not there. Im reading a lot of users having the same issue, people reinstalled, erased and added again but seems there is not a solution for now. So I don’t know. Maybe anyone can send us help? Thank you :)
