Apple Music account locked randomly

(This is not my issue this is my brothers)

this happened yesterday, I opened Apple Music but it said “this account is no longer associated with the device and family plan” I tried to listen to my music and it told me to log in but nothing happened. I even deleted to app and logged in but nothing showed up. I tried to reset passwords but it said my account is locked and now I don’t know what to do.

i have an android so I don’t know if this plays a factor in this
