I was playing with my iPhone 16 and accidentally used the photo button while on FaceTime. I don't need nor want it but I can't find it in order to remove it. I did delete the conversation as I do all phone conversations. Did it delete along with it?

Did you look in Photos?
First place I looked. I looked in all of the folders as well.
Then it sounds as if it has been deleted.
Where are FaceTime photos stored iOS 18.0.1?
