I have iTunes Match and my present Movie Library of TV Shows and Movies Purchased , Can all these be Shared with My Family ?
One would think this answer would be readily available at the get go

I don't think Match has sharing capability. For that you would need to upgrade to Apple Music family level. Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
If you also want to share movies, you would need an Apple One family level subscription. Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support

I have Apple 1
I have the Premier level to qualify Family Members .
I have iTunes Match which was established so long ago and those purchases and unloads to build that Library .
TV Shows and Movies are in the places Apple continues to move around .
Plus 2 TB Storage .
All this and I find myself scratching for definitive answers before I rely on Support .
Should all be readily available with ease because $ says so !
