Assistive access calendar app date

My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and is on an iPhone xr running IOS 17.6.1

She uses Assistive access and it confuses her how the Calendar application shows October 28 when it is October 13th as i’m writing this, i’ve checked time and date settings, is there any solution to this, I really need a fix for this, apple please fix this, I will be updating her phone to ios 18 as soon as I can.
