Can't control music on my HomePod from the Home app
i can’t control music on homepod from the home app. it tells me controls are unavailable and the homepod does not connect to airplay

To update your HomePod, open the Home app, tap the HomePod icon in your Home. Pick the settings icon in the bottom right, you should see something prompting you to update your HomePod. If you do not see this, you are already on the newest HomePod Version.
