Bluetooth to speaker and AirPods for phone calls simultaneously.

I play music from my phone to a Bluetooth speaker for my family, if I get a phone call, I’d like to take that call on AirPods without stopping the music from playing for the others. Is this possible with any combo of devices & iOS? Thanks in advanced for your time.
