How to Turn OFF Dark Mode on icloud.com

Sorry to be an annoying PC user, but neither of these solutions changes the dark mode in iCloud email. I have Windows 11 and there is no App Mode. The background color choices for iCloud are too bright and don't change the background in iCloud email.

I think it's time for me to find an email provider other than iCloud. I don't know why iCloud forced these changes on us, I certainly didn't request them. Thank you for your help anyway.

Same here, icloud.com dark mode ON no way to turn it off, unreadable emails, have to use a plugin called Dark Reader to up the contrast so at least read my emails, this on windows

I am on a Mac. Don't know much about iCloud on PC's.

My iCloud (on Windows 10 laptop) suddenly went to Dark mode and I cannot figure out how to turn this off. I cannot read several emails in this mode. Why does Apple do this?
