Apple+ Subscription Not Working on TV

I currently have the Apple One+ subscription and it works on my phone just fine but when I go on my TV, it keeps popping up with “accept free trial” even though I already have a subscription and it just updated today for the month of October. Is this a glitch with the new update or what? because this is very frustrating and I’m going to cancel If I can’t use the subscription on my TV. Why am I paying for the subscription If I can’t even watch shows on my actual TV ?? That defeats the whole purpose and any help would be appreciated.

On what model and brand TV is this happening? Troubleshooting tends to differ by platform.


If your TV has the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app, then you should be able to sign in to the app, through the in-app Settings (the icon in the upper left corner should expand to a sidebar when clicking there), using the Apple Account that has the subscription linked to it.
