Hi Prima112,

If your 0.5x ultra-wide camera setting is not working on your iPhone 13 Pro, it could be due to various software or hardware issues. The 0.5x camera allows for ultra-wide shots, and when it's not functioning, it can be really frustrating.

Could you try any of these options:

1. Check if Ultra-Wide Lens is Enabled

The 0.5x ultra-wide lens is enabled by default, but it’s worth checking that it hasn't been disabled in your camera settings:

  • Open the Camera app and look at the zoom options above the shutter button.
  • If you don't see 0.5x as an option, try tapping the zoom options (e.g., 1x or 3x) to switch between the different lenses.

2. Ensure Lens Correction is Enabled

The iPhone 13 Pro includes a Lens Correction feature that optimizes ultra-wide shots. If it’s disabled, the ultra-wide lens may not function as expected.

  • Go to: Settings > Camera > and ensure that Lens Correction is turned on.

3.  Reset All Settings

If your iPhone’s camera settings have become corrupted, resetting all settings can help: How do I do this?

  • This will reset system settings like Wi-Fi networks and camera preferences, but it will not delete your data.

Let me know if this helped you out!

Take care.
