Trouble with Facetime: Hanging onto an OLD email address, and call failures

I have had a number of problems with Facetime. I have two iPhones just to test things out, but when I call my second number, and very old yahoo address shows up as identification. I cannot find anywhere in settings where this address is stored.

Also when I try to call any number with Facetime from the computer, the call fails.
