I am having trouble figuring out how to get the video embed block to add to my website or a code block. The site usually uses http type to add but I can't get any option to come up but save as mov. in my downloads. I am trying to upload it to squarespace for my business. Thanks!

iMovie does not generate an embeddable code block at all.
You save the video as a file and then use html code to add it to your website.
At its most simple, you can use the <video></video> html element tag to add the video to your website's code.
