After iOS 18.01 update iPhone 15 Pro Max charging but not connecting to iTunes PC

After iOS 18.01 update yesterday, when I connect to my PC my iPhone 15 Pro Max charges, is sometimes visible in Drives and Devices, but will not connect to \ not seen in iTunes. So, I can't sync.

Nothing has changed, except the update. Same phone, same computer, same cable. I have multiple times booted the PC and restarted the iPhone. Same results.

The software on both the PC (Windows 11 Pro) and the iPhone (iOS 18.01) are up to date.

Suggestions?
