apple music family sharing

Hello,

I recently created a family and added my fiancé in the Family. I also got the icloud+ and apple music family subscription.

When I tap “Family” > “Shared Subscriptions” it shows that my fiancé has access to apple music and icloud+.

when she opens the Family, and shared subscriptions she can only see icloud+.

when she opens apple music, it asks her to buy the subscription.

we triend signing out of Media and Purchases and signed back in using our individual apple ids, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I live in USA and she lives in Canada. I was hoping that she can also use apple music, as I am now paying $16.99/month.

please help.
