“No song” displaying on my Honda radio screen

When I play Music or Podcasts in my Honda (does not have CarPlay) from my iPhone 14, all I see is “No Song” on the radio display. It used to have the song title and all with my iPhone Xr with iOS 17. I didn’t change anything on the radio settings but I couldn’t find a setting on the phone that might affect this behavior either.

Apple Music Radio Hi. When I try to listen to the radio in the “Radio” tab of the Music app on my iPhone 11(iOS 15.6), it doesn't work. If I hit the play button, it turns into the stop button like it's playing but it doesn't actually play. If I hit the stop button, it turns into play for a few seconds, then it turns back into play. The only station I found that still works is Apple Music 1. I don't have an Apple Music subscription so I can't test the other Apple stations. I restarted my iPhone and I made sure my volume was turned up.

Artist and sing titles not showing up for Apple Music Radio For a while now when listening to Apple Music Radio, song titles and album art work are not showing up on iPhone. All that is visible is the Apple Music Radio 1 or Hits logo. Why did this change and is there a fix?
