Podcast not syncing from iPhone to iPad

My podcast library is not syncing. I’ve tried signing out and back in several times. I’ve restarted both devices. I’m updated to IOS 18. And podcast app is set to Sync Library. Looks like lots of folks have this issue but no resolution.

Podcasts not syncing to iPhone I want to one-way sync selected podcasts from my PC iTunes to my iPhone X. This has worked for about 7 years until I upgraded to iTunes 12.12.8 a few days ago. I have iOS 16.4.1. Now nothing is syncing, selections are also de-selected in PC iTunes and all selections have been deleted from the iPhone podcast library. Any clues how to restore normal service? Apple podcasts on iPhone don’t sync with Macbook I have the same apple ID on both devices (Iphone 14 pro max & MacBook Pro 14” 2023). Sync library is on for both. Yet my Macbook library is not synced at all

Podcasts don't sync between iPhone and Mac I mean, they do not sync at all. It's like two different applications. An episode or show added to iPhone's Podcasts app library doesn't show in the Mac app, and vice versa. I've selected "sync library" on both devices. The other apps I need synced - reminders, notes - have no issues. The fact that they don't even appear to attempt to sync makes me think that it is not a bug but instead I'm doing something wrong. Any ideas will be very appreciated!
