One podcast feed not updating after iOS update

One specific podcast feed with daily automatic downloads doesn’t update. I can manually update new podcasts in that feed but the date of the most recent podcast and the order they appear in my overall podcast feed remains stuck on an earlier date. I’ve erased and redownloaded the podcast but that doesn’t fix it. I erased the Apple podcast app and then redownload it and that seemed to fix the problem but had other problems after doing that so hesitant to try same fix again. Has anyone had and fixed a similar issue with an Apple Podcast feed? It’s a podcast I’ve been following for a long time but this issue just started after updating to iOS 17.7 now on iOS 18.1 but still same issue occurring. Thank you.
